How do payment plans work?
We offer payment plans through afterpay. If you are unable to use afterpay at the check out it may be because this feature isn’t yet available in your country. If you would like to set up a payment plan for a work of art please contact us and we will be happy to help

Do you offer refunds?
All artwork is non refundable. However we do appreciate that sometimes things can arrive damaged. If your art arrives damaged we will request that you provide clear images of the damaged work in order to review your case. Just send an email to hello@thesassycrayon.com with proof of damage.

Do you offer shipping?
Yes, there is worldwide shipping for most international destinations. If you do not find your destination at the checkout, please drop us an email, and we will see what we can do for you. Find out more about shipping through our shipping page

If I order more than one print can they be packaged together to save on shipping?
As long as they are in the same order, they will ship together. If you place more than one order, we can’t guarantee they will ship together. A request would need to be emailed to put the orders together. When you buy more than one item from the Sassy Crayon, any additional open edition prints and merchandise purchased from our shop will have reduced shipping!

What happens if my shipment is delayed?
Please remember that I am a small business and sometimes there will be delays in shipping. I will ensure you are contacted and we will find a resolution as soon as possible for you for any delays or issues. Please just get in touch on hello@thesassycrayon.com
